Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. Other content you provide may be transferred unencrypted across networks for technical reasons.
4. Products and Services
Our products are available exclusively online through our Shopify store. We make every effort to display product colours, images, and descriptions accurately, though we cannot guarantee your device’s display will reflect colours precisely.
We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, region, or jurisdiction and may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
5. Pre-Orders
From time to time, Inspiring Belfast may offer products on a pre-order basis before they are physically available. When placing a pre-order, full payment will be taken at checkout.
Estimated shipping dates will be stated on the product page but may change due to production or supply delays. If there is a delay of more than 30 days beyond the advertised dispatch date, you will be contacted and offered either to wait for delivery or to receive a full refund.
By completing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is not yet in stock and agree to these terms.
6. Shipping and Fulfilment
Orders are shipped from Northern Ireland. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout.
Pre-order items will be dispatched from the date shown on the product page. Once shipped, you will receive tracking or dispatch confirmation by email.
We are not responsible for postal or courier delays outside our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, the book must be unused and in the same condition you received it. To initiate a return, contact hello@inspiringbelfast.co.uk with your order number.
You are responsible for return postage unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund.
This policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
8. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. You must promptly update your details so we can complete orders and contact you if necessary.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear suspicious, duplicated, or placed by resellers.
